We believe that every child develops at their own pace. And we want to support them in this by taking a holistic approach to nurturing them, and by providing a lovingly designed environment and care by qualified and empathetic specialist staff.

Garde & Ris first germinated in the head of an entrepreneur mother with a clear vision: to reconcile the needs of children with those of their parents.

In 2022, the crèche joined the Babilou Switzerland group. The great attention to the well-being of the child and the daily outings bring together Garde & Ris and the other crèches of the group, located in French-speaking and German Switzerland.

KidsCare is the first network of sustainable daycare centers in Switzerland.

Our daycares and teams are driven by strong human values. Every day, we offer quality care to the children entrusted to our care. Our mission is to help them become enlightened, fulfilled citizens of the world, open to others.

We promote the development of their skills through a multi-pedagogical approach based on Montessori, Pikler and Reggio Emilia. We also focus on daily outdoor activities.

In our Babilou daycare, children gradually learn two languages through each activity. Children as early as 3 months old spend their day in a bilingual French / English environment. Language learning is a key part of our educational program.
