The Little Giants are represented with 35 day care centres in 6 federal states and offer high-quality and partly bilingual full-day care.

The well-being of each individual child is the focus of all our educational programs and activities. We make sure that each child can develop optimally with his or her own talents and according to his or her individual development possibilities, regardless of his or her cultural or social background, faith or gender. The children actively participate in shaping life in the institution with their needs, wishes and ideas.

The educational concept at the crèches and kindergartens of the Wichtel Akademie combines the approaches of Montessori, Reggio and Emmi Pikler into a holistic, innovative concept that is based on the Bavarian education and development program (BayBEP).
