At Babilou Family, quality is part of our DNA. It’s what we’re known for. It’s the key to our success and the heart of our organization.
Our quality strategy is based on three objectives:

In all our countries, a robust quality management system is applied based on:
Meeting the local quality standards and regulations
In each country, we abide by government regulations that govern the establishment and operation of our centers: layout of spaces, size of teams, qualifications required for professionals working with children, methods of access to services by families, and so on.
The legal frameworks in place are comprehensive, rigorous and specific to each country. Local authorities grant operating authorizations, referred to as licenses or approvals, and oversee the facilities.
In all our countries, our centers are inspected by local authorities who monitor standards and compliance with regulations.
We are engagED for children and families
In each country, because of the diversity of regulations and cultures, the criteria for quality of care are sometimes very different. That said, we have identified universal commitments to children and families that we strive to apply to all countries where we operate. The commitments take shape through local standards and control systems.

Our quality approach is based on systematically gathering feedback from families and conducting comprehensive internal audits.
Learning accidentology
Prioritizing continuous quality improvement involves learning from every incident through our “learning accidentology” approach. Each month, center managers record all events occurring, which are then analyzed by Quality Managers. The insights gained from these analyses inform procedure and training enhancements, as well as overall prevention measures.
These documents, based on real events, are distributed to all nurseries in the country and serve as reminders of procedures and best practices that could have prevented the incidents. They effectively raise ongoing awareness and reduce the risk of recurrence.
Babilou Family confirms its status as a mission-driven company and enters a new phase of commitment
Having become a mission-driven-company in 2022, Babilou Family upholds a clear mission: “Building a better world through education and the care given to every child.”
Following its second audit, conducted in March–April 2026, the Independent Third-Party Organization (ITO) has confirmed that Babilou Family:
- Complies with all the requirements set out in Article L.210-10 allowing it to claim the status of a mission-driven-company.
- Meets the social and environmental objectives it has set itself as part of its mission, in line with its purpose and its business activities, taking into account its social and environmental challenges.
This independent validation recognizes the robustness of the approach undertaken since 2022, the consistency between the mission, commitments, and actions across the 10 countries in which the Group operates, as well as the tangible and lasting implementation of these commitments over time.
